Speaker Announcement: Faris Fallouh, Aramex

We are delighted to announce that Faris Fallouh, Senior Global Express Operations Director at Aramex, will be presenting at Post&Parcel Live in October 2020.

As an industrial engineering graduate, Faris joined Aramex – a global logistics and transportation solutions providers – in Jordan in 1998. Today, Faris and his team are responsible for managing the International Express service globally. Additionally, he is also managing the infrastructure and global operations for Shop & Ship one of Aramex’s eCommerce services. Faris and his team also manage the Global Distribution Alliance (GDA) Network and all partnerships that enables Aramex to provide global coverage.

During his tenure, Faris established the Global Ground Operations teams which developed last mile technologies within Aramex, scaled up the Operations in different regions, and supported business objectives to adapt to the e-Commerce industry requirements.

As part of Aramex’s focus on the e-Commerce industry, Faris is actively involved in the design and specifications, business development and operational readiness and capabilities to serve this segment. And is part of Aramex’s global management team.

Faris is a strong supporter of the Industrial Engineering community and is engaged with several Jordanian Universities to support Industrial Engineers in mentorship, training and eventually recruitment within Aramex. He is also a volunteer with Injaz Al Arab and Ruwwad for development to train youth on business soft skills.
