In this session, we will highlight the benefits of making the last mile more sustainable, and the challenges that come with switching to a more environmentally friendly fleet will be discussed. We will shine a light on carriers’ recent trials, reveal what the trials have taught our speakers and suggest what this means for the future of inner city deliveries.



Innovative Solutions

In this session, we will hear how technology is helping solve city challenges and improving delivery efficiency. Ben Boutcher-West will discuss the benefits of utilising parking software, while Jonathan Knapper will highlight the convenience of delivering to car boots.



Meeting Customer Demands

The final session of the day will explore the growing demands of customers living in cities. Both home deliveries and click and collect will be explored with Gary Winter of PayPoint and David Jinks of ParcelHero.


